WARM BACON DRESSING

This is a good one...especially during the winter months. Try it with some fresh Arugula with Jalapeno Corn Bread Croutons and some nice tomatoes.

WARM BACON DRESSING

¼ LBS BACON (SMALL DICE)
2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
1/3 CUP OF RAISINS
¼ CUP OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
2 TBSP OF OLIVE OIL
½ TSP OF SALT
¼ TSP OF BLACK PEPPER

COOK BACON AND THEN RESERVE. SAUTE GARLIC AND RAISINS IN BACON FAT(GOLDEN).WHISH IN VINEGAR, THEN SLOWLY WHISK IN OLVE OIL, SALT AND PEPPER.

DRESS SALAD IMMEDIATELY.

I'll be making this one for an event I'm doing next month. Feel free to adjust as you see fit.
