Red Room Menu Sample
I've included a few pictures of some of the items we'll be offering at the Red Room. The pictures are not of the highest quality due to my shoddy camera work after 4 Stellas. On the left we have our Simple Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Balsamic Reduction....and on the right our Spicy Cornmeal Pan-Fried Green Tomatoes with Avocado Remoulade. Hope to see you soon.

it looks good, I am excited for you. I have told Kenneth and Mikey that when it opens we are going to make a trip of it. They all agree. I have told everyone up at work too, if they are in the area give it a try. I can't wait...anyword on getting the menu back from the designers? Also send me an email when you get a chance...I want to know more about things.
The dishes are wonderful and display beautifully on the square white plates! We are all so excited in Texas and have also told everyone we know. We plan to be there with bells!!
I'd enjoy more details as well!
